Beetroot Carrot Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients (Serves 1):
- 1 tsp Oyecurry Beetroot Powder
- 1 tsp Oyecurry Carrot Powder (or 1 small fresh carrot, grated)
- 1 ripe banana (for natural sweetness and creaminess)
- 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1 tsp honey (optional, for added sweetness)
- A few ice cubes (optional, for a chilled smoothie)
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Add the Oyecurry Beetroot Powder, OyeCurry Carrot Powder, banana, almond milk, honey (if using) to a blender.
- Blend on high speed for 20–30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Add ice cubes if desired and blend for another 10 seconds.
- Pour into a glass, garnish with fresh mint leaves, and serve immediately.
