Beetroot Carrot Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients (Serves 1):

  • 1 tsp Oyecurry Beetroot Powder
  • 1 tsp Oyecurry Carrot Powder (or 1 small fresh carrot, grated)
  • 1 ripe banana (for natural sweetness and creaminess)
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 tsp honey (optional, for added sweetness)
  • A few ice cubes (optional, for a chilled smoothie)
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Add the Oyecurry Beetroot Powder, OyeCurry Carrot Powder, banana, almond milk, honey (if using) to a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed for 20–30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add ice cubes if desired and blend for another 10 seconds.
  4. Pour into a glass, garnish with fresh mint leaves, and serve immediately.
